as a general rule we don’t hold back any funds , except bank fees and charges , providing we get 24 hrs notice of cancellations and we haven’t had to organize anything out of the ordinary to accommodate the hire , i.e. removing or adding shelving or additional hiring of non stock items

and we prefer to return monies via your bank account as credit charges are less

if delivery has been made , the delivery charge will be held back

cancellation of hires during the hire period will be re calculated for that period , ie hired for a month is a better rate than 14 days .
